Sometimes
it's not easy asking for help or advice, especially if it's a personal
or embarrassing matter. However big your problem or however small
your question you shouldn't be afraid to ask for help, advice, support
or treatment. There are many trained and expert agencies and organisations
that can offer you free and confidential support.-------------------------------------------->>>
There's
always someone willing to listen........
You should never have to suffer alone whatever your problem. You'll
be amazed how a listening ear will help! If you don't want to contact
an organisation (see the list of sections to the right) then talk
to someone you trust - a family member, friend, teacher, youth worker,
priest etc... When you do talk to them make sure you make it clear
whether you want the conversation to remain confidential or if you
want them to follow it up for you.---------------------------------------------->>>
Pregnancy / Infection? If you suspect
you might be pregnant or have
a sexually transmitted infection (STI)
it's vital you take a test asap.
Don't wait!
